In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on July 5, 2010 (the "Law") and its Regulations published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 21, 2011, this Privacy Notice is provided in order to inform you of the purposes and characteristics of the treatment that will be given to your personal data.

• I. Responsible for the Processing of Personal Data:
  Química Sagitario S.A. de C.V. (also known and hereinafter referred to as "Química Sagitario") a company globally engaged in the chemical industry in the supply of imported raw materials and whose corporate offices are located at Av. Adolfo López Mateos 5, Col. México Nuevo, CP 52966, Atizapán de Zaragoza, State of Mexico, Mexico.
• II. Personal Data Collected: The personal data that will be processed by Química Sagitario consists of personal information of the holder, including: name, address, telephone numbers, e-mail, Federal Taxpayers Registry (RFC), for the purposes of our business relationship. These personal data will be collected directly from the holder in person or through other optical, sonorous means, or by any other legally permitted technology.
• III. Uses and purposes of your Personal Data:
  The Personal Data you provide to Química Sagitario will be processed, in addition to the purpose of complying with the obligations arising from the relationship that exists with you, for the following purposes:
  1. Provide you with information about products, services, promotions or proposals of interest of Química Sagitario. 2. Conduct market research.
  2. Follow up on any problems that have arisen with respect to orders and/or product delivery.

  Química Sagitario will use your personal data only and exclusively for the purposes stated above. At all times your personal data will be kept confidential and security measures will be applied to ensure their protection. Now, in accordance with the provisions of section III of article 37 of the Law, Química Sagitario may share your information and personal data with other companies for market research purposes *If you do not express your opposition for your personal data to be transferred, it will be understood that you give your consent to it; Similarly, Química Sagitario may transfer your personal data when there is a legal requirement of any administrative or judicial authority; the above in terms of the provisions of article 37 of the Law.
• V. Means to exercise the Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition:
  You may exercise your ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation and/or opposition) through our systems department via email sistemas@químicasagitario.com or telephone + 52 (55) 58-16-18-87 Likewise, you may revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data at any time, having, solely for such purposes, to make the request to the email or telephone number described above (however, it is important you keep in mind that if your personal data cannot be processed the existing legal relationship between the parties will be affected).
  For the attention of any of your requests, Química Sagitario has a maximum period of 20 working days to inform you about the origin of the request and, if it is appropriate, 15 working days (after the communication of origin) to make it effective. For the purposes of our responses, we will use the e-mail or telephone number you provide us.
• VI. Changes to the Privacy Notice:
  We reserve the right to change this Privacy Notice at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you through the website www.quimicasagitario.com at Data Protection - Customers Privacy Notice or by e-mail to your e-mail account if you request us to do so (however, we will not be responsible if you do not receive notification of the change in the Privacy Notice if there is a problem with your e-mail account).
